Chasing a Dream

I could feel my legs giving out. My heart was pumping blood through me as best as it could. I never thought I would finish that race...

This is a sneak preview of my new story about a ten girl who wants to be a proffesional runner. Her mother thinks it is too unlady like though, so she has to convince everyone she's  a boy to do what she loves: run.

An Artist is Born

So today I was sitting in Art class fourth period, and my art teacher Mrs. Genden tells me my artwork is gonna be in some artshows. i made a clay owl for this art show. and now, she wants to put my watercolor painting in as many places as she can before the end of this year!
